Upgrade your Ford FG XR6/XR8 with our ducted headlight assembly, designed specifically for motorsport, track and high-performance applications. This kit provides a clean and effective way to direct cool outside air through the factory headlight location and towards your intake, airbox or turbo setup.

By replacing the factory headlight with a ducted assembly, your intake system can access cooler, denser outside air instead of relying on hotter air from inside the engine bay. This can help improve airflow efficiency, reduce heat soak and support more consistent power delivery, especially on turbocharged, supercharged or high-performance vehicles under load.

Each headlight is professionally prepared and finished by a paint and panel shop in a durable satin black 2K finish, giving it a clean OEM-style appearance while still delivering the aggressive motorsport look.

The headlight comes fully assembled and ready to fit, making it a simple swap-out solution for track days, race cars and performance builds. No cutting or permanent modification is required, allowing you to quickly swap between your standard headlight and ducted headlight when needed.

LH or RH Side — Which One Do I Need?

The side of the vehicle is always determined as if you are sitting inside the car, looking forward.

RH / Right Hand Side = Driver side on Australian Ford Falcons
LH / Left Hand Side = Passenger side on Australian Ford Falcons

Optional Rear Mesh

You can also choose to add a rear mesh screen to the duct opening. This helps reduce the chance of larger debris, rubber, stones and track material entering through the duct while still allowing airflow through the headlight.
